48 Hour Delivery

We aim to have your order dispatched with in 48 hours with in the UK mainland.

 

UK MAINLAND Free delivery (over £100) - UK Mail 

 

Where possible we will have your order ready for dispatch with in 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) if you are in the UK mainland. Once the order has been dispatched to the courier it should be delivered the next day. Sometimes if a product is out of stock or needs to be recooked it can take a while longer before its dispatched. If this happens we will endeavor to contact you within 48 hours to let you know that the order will be late.

 

UK Islands, Highlands, Northern ireland and Ireland. - UK Mail 

 

Unfortunately we have to charge a delivery fee to these areas but we will do our best to keep to the 48 hour commitment of the UK Mainland but the delivery time may be a extra day or 2, this is due to the remoteness of some of these areas.

 

Europe customers - DHL

 

Our Europe customers have a 72 hour dispatch time and up to a week or transit time with DHL. Sadly we have to charge for shipping for this area and it can be calculated via the view shipping cart section of the site.

 

Your Order Is In Good Hands

 

We cover all the costs of packaging and shipping your order to our UK mainland residence. Non UK mainland and highlands residence and European customers are charged delivery which can be calculated via the view shopping cart section of this site.

We double box orders over 6 tin order carefully in easily storable boxes for maximum ease and simplicity for you. Sometimes Tins can get dented in transit but this wont effect the food or the life of the product as long as the tin hasn't been pierced.

 

We use two main shipping companies:

 

 

We use UK Mail for all our UK and Ireland customers. Deliveries are usually the next day but can take up to 2 days depending on your location. 

 

 

We use DHL for our Europe customers. This is by road and can take up to 7 days. You will get a email when your order is dispatched.
