If you decide to return the item within 7 days of receiving it please contact us by email or log into your account and go to completed orders, click oh your order and you will see a returns button.

You will recieve an email with the returns address and infomation on how to return the item (check your spam box or whitelist our domain on your spam filters)

Please note we we can note except returns of unwanted bespoke orders and opened food.

All items must be returned in original condition (we recommend taking a photo of any damage before sending back to us as the can get damaged in transit and damaged items may not be refunded if received by you as undamaged)

A 10% restocking fee may be applied.

Once the items have been received by us we will inspect all returns and credit a refund as long as the items are not opened and packaging is in original condition.

If the item is defective we will inspect the item and send a replacement out or refund the item. Postage can be refunded as long as the item is defective. Please include a receipt for postage with the item or send us a email copy to info@emergencyfoodstorage.co.uk
