UK Delivery Info 

For all our UK and Ireland customers we use Royal Mail, DPD Local, UKMail and UPS or multiple boxes to deliver your order as fast as possible. Or record delivery time is 3 hours. Howerver if the food is out of stock and needs to be recooked and packed it can take up to 4-8 weeks to replace the stock. This can occur at busy times as the food is made in small batches to maximise tin shelf life.

 

We offer 4 shipping options to most of the UK mainland (Zones A and B):-

 

Next day shipping - (before 3pm on request please call 03300430911) 

Standard Shipping - 3-7 business days.

DPD Local- 1-7 days

*Free shipping over £100 (up to 14 days, UK zones A & B only)

 

If You're Not At Home

If you're not in, the courier will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange to collect or have your package delivered at more convinient date. 

If you know your not going to be in, you can always ask us to deliver to a friend or families home or even your work. Just enter the desired delivery address into the shipping section of the checkout. You can also request to have your order delivered in plain unbranded packaging by requesting this in the comments section of the checkout.

We only deliver to specified addresses and in most cases a signature is required.

You will receive a tracking number by email or text so you can track the order with the courier. The courier will attemp 2 times to delivery your order, It will then be held with the courier for 4-5 days before being returned to us. If a order is returned we will contact you to let you know its been returned. If you wish for it to be sent out again there may be a small delivery charge for this.

 

Shipping costs and tax (if applicable) can be calcluate easily at checkout.

Terms for Delivery

Dates stated for delivery are approximate only and Emergency Food Storage shall not be liable for any delays in delivery howsoever caused.

We offer Next day on orders made before the following cut off times subject to stock availability. (Please note certain items are not eligible for next day as these are shipped direct from manufacturers and is out of our control) These are clearly marked on the product descriptions.

 

 Next day shipping orders need to be placed before these cut off times. (please call for next day delivery)

All orders received after 3.00pm on Thursday through to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.


Prices for delivery are subject to change without prior notice from Emergency food storage. We reserve the right to contact the customer prior to despatch of goods to inform of a change in cost of delivery.

 

Europe Shipping

For all our Europe customers we use DHL, TNT or DPD to deliver your order as fast as possible. Delivery is by DHL, TNT or DPD's road service and will take around 7-10 days for delivery. This can take longer for customers needing customs clearance. If you're not in they will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange to collect or have the order delivered at better day.

Please Note, we are closed for bank holidays and any orders placed on the bank holiday will be delayed by one day.

 

A valid signature will be required on collection or delivery.

Please check the box for signs of damage before signing. Please refuse any goods that have been damaged so UKmail can have them returned and inspected. If you have refused to take delivery on this basis please contact us on the number below to inform us of the problem.

In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the estimated delivery time, please notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to charge our standard carriage rate starting at £9.99 on all orders that are returned to sender and require re-delivery unless evidence is provided that the delivery company have neglected to deliver the goods within the chosen delivery timeframe.

 

Goods Availability

Whilst we endeavor to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, there may be on occasion times when we are out of stock of a certain items. We will backorder this item for you and dispatch the item when they come back into stock this can take up to 8 weeks during very busy times.
